Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer (Technical Consultant) in our Client Success department you will be responsible for post go-live tier 3 client support. You will be responsible for solutioning and resolving production issues. In this position you will be responsible for initial system access, configuration, defect resolution, data mapping and transfer, report and dashboard design and configuration, and training clients on the software. You will be hands on leading technical aspects of the full software implementation process, which will include supporting our Policy and Billing products. 

 

Starting base pay for this role is between $92,000 and $115,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities

  • Communicates designs and architecture decisions to senior consultants and Client Executives and supports their efforts during execution phase
  • In collaboration with the Project Manager, directs work efforts of project team (Client Executive, Data Conversion Analyst, Risk Business Analyst)
  • Develops business and workflow strategy
  • Hands on configuration of system per direction of senior consultants and Client Executive
  • Builds and tests data integrations and conversions
  • Designs and builds report to transform data into meaningful insights
  • Filters and cleans data by reviewing reports to locate and correct data/configuration issues
  • Manages client project scope
  • Provides technical subject matter expertise to spec out change orders / expanded scope
  • Creates process documentation for clients
  • Conducts user training
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing software using various programming languages for external software delivery
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • JavaScript, C#, XML, and/or SQL experience required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required
  • Experience in hands on technical delivery/systems analysis
  • Previous experience implementing Insurance Software (Policy, Billing and/or Claims) is preferred
