Overview

The Digital Events Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of the digital events program.  Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this person is accountable for bringing together key stakeholders, coordinating logistics, and leveraging technology to create engaging and impactful digital events.

 

Starting base pay for this role is between $77,760 and $97,200. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states). 

Responsibilities

  • Owns all aspects of digital events from contracting vendors to coordinating the content development process to execution to conducting attendee follow-ups.
  • Manages the vendor relationships for sponsored webinar execution including budgets and contracts.
  • Facilitates hosted webinars for product releases as well as virtual user groups.
  • Manages the digital event planning and coordination projects with stakeholders and marketing team through regular status meetings, Asana, and other necessary processes or documentation to effectively promote and produce each event.
  • Ensures on-time and quality delivery of our digital events and associated deliverables.
  • Generates digital event reporting, analyzes performance, and distributes to key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identifies and implements strategies that will augment the event experience and maximize participant engagement.
  • Develops hypotheses and runs experiments to improve registration, engagement, and post-event conversion.
  • Partners with Marketing Ops to gather requirements to ensure proper lead management
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in digital events and webinar marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
  • Deep understanding of B2B webinar best practices 
  • Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and tools, as well as CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Zoom Webinar, Marketo, and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience using Asana
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across different functions
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the overall picture
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
