Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator on our Revenue Operations team, you will own and evolve our Salesforce platform and broader Revenue Systems ecosystem including Salesforce CPQ, integrations, and connected GTM tech stack.

 

Experience in Revenue Operations, CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash processes is strongly preferred but not required.

 

Starting base pay for this role is between $80,000 and $116,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities

  • Owns Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports and more. 
  • Designs complex automations, integrations, and scalable solution and architecture using Flow & Apex.
  • Supports CPQ architecture, including product catalog, pricing rules, bundles, and approvals.
  • Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce and Revenue Systems requests across stakeholders
  • Manages all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, installed package licenses, public groups and more. 
  • Performs database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. 
  • Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and release coordination (UAT, production)
  • Documents processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables. 
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to design scalable, business-driven solutions with effective communication.
  • Stays current on all Salesforce releases and works with Salesforce Developer(s) to ensure system maintenance is up to date and Salesforce best practice is being properly followed.  
  • Drive user adoption through documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions
  • Develops Salesforce User training and creates supporting training materials. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance user experience
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and GTM systems, including but not limited to: ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, LeanData, Certinia, Ironclad, Conga and others

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or business-related field. 
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience supporting system integrations
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, reporting, security model, etc)
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Ability to problem solve in complex and ambiguous scenarios.  
  • Knowledge of importing data and generating reports. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Revenue Operations or supporting GTM teams
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Familiarity with product catalog management, pricing models, and deal workflows
  • Exposure to tools such as Marketo, LeanData, Conga, or Ironclad
  • Experience working in a SaaS or fast-paced environment
