The DevOps Manager, Infrastructure is a people leader and technical operator responsible for leading the team that builds, runs, and continuously improves the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational systems that Engineering teams and clients depend on every day. This manager sets a high bar for infrastructure reliability, deployment velocity, and operational discipline — building a team culture where automation is the default, manual work is treated as a problem to be solved, and every Engineer on the team is actively leveraging AI to work faster, diagnose issues more accurately, and build infrastructure that operates intelligently at scale. This is a hands-on technical leader who coaches Engineers on infrastructure engineering craft, drives AI adoption into daily DevOps workflows, holds the team accountable for the reliability and performance of the systems they own, and partners with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to ensure cloud operations are a source of competitive advantage — not a constraint on what engineering can deliver.
Starting base pay for this role is between $145,000 and $185,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).
