The Senior Accounts Receivable Representative will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of accounting operations team by reviewing and completing daily and periodic invoicing and receivable tasks with attention to detail. This role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, time management skills and effective problem solving to ensure success. This role will work hybrid out of our Chicago office. 

A Principal Data Consultant is a Principal Technical Consultant specializing in data conversions. The person in this role is responsible for working with the client and Origami implementation team to design, configure, and test the Origami platform to best fit the client needs.

As a Solution Architect you will lead project discovery and solution design. In this role you will be a subject matter expert in both the industry and the Origami product, assisting with pre-sales engagements, consulting with clients to design solutions to meet their business needs, providing guidance and support to the Origami implementation teams, and working cross-functionally to establish best practices and provide insight to the product roadmap.   Starting base pay for this role is between $125,000 and $160,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. As an Application Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational excellence of Origami Risk cloud application. You will work closely with our DevOps and Support teams to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of our platform. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new monitoring tools and metrics to help improve our environment performance and scalability.   Starting base pay for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000. As the Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Origami Risk, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud strategy and ensuring that our SaaS products and services are built on a robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. The Product Analyst (RMIS) is responsible for supporting the Product Manager in both product analysis as well as backlog execution. The Product Analyst is aligned with the Product Manager in execution of the product vision and roadmap and is accountable for translating the vision and roadmap into defined User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. The Product Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders/various SME’s and the Product Management team to support the success of the scrum team development of new or enhanced functionality and features.

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) ensures the security and integrity of the organization’s information systems and data.  Origami Risk’s security program responsibility includes measuring, assessing, reporting, and tracking risks to the organization to support informed risk management decisions by executive leadership. The CISO oversees daily security operations supporting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected information, including but not limited to compliance with standard security frameworks and the required budget for the protection of enterprise information assets. Origami Risk’s Chief Information Security Officer will also be responsible for on-demand client interactions to both professional and present the overall technical capabilities of the company, but more importantly, the security apparatus in place to support safe and secure platform interactions at scale.

The Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for establishing and evolving the quality assurance processes and organization at Origami. The Director of Quality Assurance will be responsible for ensuring quality for the Origami Platform through effective resource management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.  

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the design of new product features. You will build intuitive and highly scalable web applications using the Microsoft stack.   Starting base pay for this role is between $120,000 and $145,000. The General Counsel is a valued member of Origami’s executive team.  The General Counsel provides strategic legal advice and strategies across a wide range of matters encompassing all functions of a fast-growing technology business, including general corporate, corporate governance, commercial contracts, data privacy and security, intellectual property, employment, litigation and risk management.  The General Counsel manages the legal team and, depending on experience, may also manage Origami’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team.  The General Counsel will operate from Origami’s Chicago office.

The Marketing Operations Lead will support the end-to-end management of our marketing processes and KPIs to improve the performance and efficiency of our marketing teams. This role will partner closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations to identify ways to strategically drive incremental pipeline through data-driven recommendations, analytics, best practices, and efficient processes aligned to our marketing and organizational goals. Through rigorous data analysis, this role will also focus on maintaining marketing KPIs, reporting, and driving insights for the Marketing team.

As a Market Strategy Leader (MSL) you will lead the vision, business plan, and cross functional execution for the RMIS market. Serving as both the strategist and public representative, you will formulate a comprehensive business plan to attain corporate objectives. This includes developing a clear roadmap for the product, guiding Product Management peers with feedback and prioritization, and communicating to both internal and external stakeholders. You will commit to effective communication and measurement of the plan's success, collaborating closely with division leadership and functional heads to ensure seamless alignment across all departments. You will be accountable for the overall success of the business plan within the RMIS market segment as measured by the designated KPIs evaluate revenue growth, CSAT, and profitability.  

As our IT Procurement Manager you will oversee the ordering and fulfillment of software, hardware, and supplies, drive pricing and process optimization, and manage vendor and contact tracking and reporting using the Origami Vendor Management application. This role is responsible for tracking and improving Origami's spending across various vendors, contracts, and services.  

The Account Executive is responsible for identifying opportunities and closing additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related products. The Account Executive is also accountable for client renewal and retention results.   Starting base pay for this role is between $105,000 and $131,250. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands.
